Features of the project

House for all-season family living. Very balanced, has four bedrooms. One on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Two bathrooms, one on the first and spacious on the second, with an area of 15 square meters. The kitchen is separated from the living room, and the living room is separated from the hall on the ground floor by arches. The project has one entrance through the winter vestibule. On the second floor there is a spacious hall with a balcony. The three bedrooms on the second floor are about 15 square meters each. This is not a lot, but not a little either. Nice medium size.

Design features

The house is made entirely of logs. As the diameter of the logs decreases, the volume of the set will also decrease. The only difficulty in this project is the roof over the balcony. Creates difficulties in the installation of a sliding rafter system.
