Features of the project
Spacious house with a large kitchen-living room. The external, deceptive simplicity of the project, if misleading, is only at the beginning. It is the home of large, open, shared spaces. When you are on the stairs, there is an open space above you with a height of about 8 meters. From the floor of the second floor to the ridge, the height is about 4.5 meters. The house has three bedrooms, which is not much for a project of this size. Two bathrooms with an area of 12 meters, although one is adjacent to the master bedroom. There are two entrances. Front, summer entrance through the terrace and living room, and winter through the vestibule-hallway. The boiler room is located in the house.
