Project No. 8, a house with a large terrace, measuring 14.7 x 13 m, with a total area of 206 sq. M. Of these, the area of the terrace and balconies is 51 sq. M, the usable area is 155 sq. M.
The house was designed and built from rounded logs with a diameter of 260 mm. The volume of the set of logs is approximately 95 cubic meters.

Features of the project
The house was built with a large outdoor terrace. In principle, it can be increased, or removed altogether. From this, the number of logs in the project will not change much. It differs in the total, large area of the living room, the hall on the second floor, and the hall by the stairs – it is 64 meters. There is something to think about. How to arrange this space. There are two bedrooms – one on the first floor and one on the second. There is only one entrance to the house, through a volumetric vestibule. A boiler room is provided in the house.
Design features
Gable roof with sliding rafter system. Each slope is trapezoidal. The slope is wider at the top than at the bottom, resulting in an inverted trapezoid. On the side facades, this is clearly visible. Proper organization of water collection is required. Roofing works of medium complexity.
We offer sets of housesand baths made of cylindred logs with a diameter of 180mm, 200mm, 220mm, 240mm, 260mm, 280mm, 300mm. The cost of the kit depends on the diameter of the log.
