Another version of a two-story log house under a classic gable roof. Project No. 9, a house with a terrace and a balcony, measuring 9 x 13 m, with a total area of 196 sq. M. Of these, the area of the terrace and balcony is 34 square meters, the usable area is 162 square meters. It has two entrances – a winter one with a vestibule and a summer one from the terrace.
The house was designed and built from rounded logs with a diameter of 280 mm. The volume of the included logs is approximately 120 cubic meters.

Features of the project
It looks simple, but very thoughtful and comfortable house. Most likely, the terrace of the house is turned towards the parterre. The exit from the living room is the exit to the recreation area. The second entrance – winter, working, through the vestibule-hallway allows you to drive up to the house by car, from the back. In the spacious kitchen, no one will be cramped. There is one bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom is small downstairs, auxiliary for convenience. The second, large, spacious, light bathroom-bath is located on the second floor. Three large bedrooms are planned for the second floor. Two bedrooms have a balcony.
Design features
The whole house, up to the ridge, is built of logs. A gable roof is a proven, laconic, reliable solution.
We offer sets of houses and baths made of cylindred logs with a diameter of 180mm, 200mm, 220mm, 240mm, 260mm, 280mm, 300mm. The cost of the kit depends on the diameter of the log.
