Features of the project

Modern wooden cottage for year-round use. The house is designed for a family, with the ability to receive guests. The project provides for two terraces, small in size, but providing protection from precipitation, and a comfortable entrance to the house. A separate entrance to the boiler room from the street is also planned. The entrance through the hallway can be considered winter. Glass doors from the living room to the terrace most likely provide a view of the parterre of the plot. On the second floor, in addition to the two bedrooms, a hall is planned. The bathroom on the second floor is spacious, bright and comfortable.

Design features

Due to the complex roof structure, several construction options are possible. Create a frame from the Mauerlat level, make a rigid rafter system, and perform roofing work without stopping. The second option is to build from laminated veneer lumber. And the third option is to assemble from logs, make a temporary roof, and complete the final roofing work for the next year.
