Project No. 1 of a one-storey wooden house, measuring 10.5 x 11 m, with an area of 82.61 sq. M., Of which the area of the terrace is 6.14 sq. M. The house was designed and built from rounded logs with a diameter of 260 mm. The volume of logs required for construction is 63 cubic meters.

Features of the project
It has the main advantage of a one-story house – everything is on the same level. No differences in height or climbing stairs. House for one family. Two bedrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, a winter vestibule – an all-season house for year-round living. Constructed from logs with a diameter of 260 mm, with an enlarged groove of 150 mm wide. Very solid, powerful size.

Design features
The house is made entirely of logs. But, it is possible to perform a frame above the Mauerlat. Create a rigid truss system, and avoid conflict in the valleys. The house can be made in smaller diameters. Suitable for 220 and 240 mm, which will also lead to a decrease in the volume of the logs included.
